My 2 PTS , Leonardo and Rafael are very tame and i use to go out with them on my neck.I go out with them while riding my bike or jogging without problems. Both love to be around my neck and never panick when i took them for a walk.A few days ago i took both poops to the vet to check for worms .The vet didnt find any worm but lots of hair. The vet was upset (danger of impactation)and told me next time i went out with my PTS around my neck to tie my hair!

Hi Flavia! It's been a while since I've seen you post. I hope all is well with you and all your critters!

I just wanted to add, that Dill does the same thing. I know that they like to be in the highest spot, but rather than climbing up on top of my head, she prefers to be around my neck, and under my hair as well. I'm assuming it's because it's a place to hide, and is the human equivalent of a cover of leaves that she would hide under in a tree.
It's odd though, because she seeks out my hair. Even if she is sitting on the back of the couch, where she is higher than my head, she will climb down onto my shoulder, and burrow her face and then her body in under my hair. Maybe it also has to do with my body heat as well? I'm guessing it would be nice and warm at the back of my neck, under my hair.

I've never noticed any hair in her bowel movements, but I will certainly be more diligent about discouraging her from burrowing into my hair.

Hi!

Oh yes everything is Ok with me and my babies! Leonardo and Rafael are doing great but they do hate each other!I cant even think in caging them together!
I suppose your girl and my boys are twins because they behave the same way!lol!

Im happy to see you're taming your girl! Its not THAT difficult isnt it? IMHO iguanas are much more difficult to tame!
