Lighting a bookshelf tank or rack system - -

JamesNC Jun 18, 2003 12:26 AM

I am converting a 4 tier bookshelf into multiple tanks and am having a hard time figuring out a way to light them. Any ideas or suggestions would be great.

Each level is about 30"wide and 16"high and has the traditional nail-on board backing; I'm looking to light each level preferably non-heat emitting bulbs and as cheaply as possible.

Thanks

-James

Hey James glad to see someone else on here from N.C. I am in Greenville. You can go to a Walmart and get some strip lights. I use 18 inchers on by burm cages so you might need some 8 inch ones. The best thing is they are low voltage. Hope all goes well.
