How many watts of lighting are peopel running in large inddor cages? please report in wattage and not lumens......

I use a 150 watt ceramic heater for basking (on 24hours) and just a normal 80 watt bulb to keep the cage lit up and it also aids in uppin the temp. a bit during the day (not by much at all though)

My lights are flourescent. Four 4 foot Reptisun 8.0.
For heat I use a 250 watt heat lamp(red) on a rheostat to control the temps. I use a temp gun to set my temps.
