I thought I was done with the questions but heres one more for you. Do the eggs move closer to the vent before being laid? Well, obviuosly they have to but how long before she lays them I guess is what Im getting at. I noticed that she had come out of her lay box and seemed to be more swollen a couple of inches above the vent but didnt seem as swollen the rest of the way up. It sort of sounded like what eggbinding would look like but shes only at day 8 after shed. Any thoughts or just wait and see. Thanks for your input.

>>Just sounds normal to me.
At only 8 days after her shed you have plenty of time before you need to worry.

Thanks, Im not so much worried as I was just wondering if that meant she would lay very soon as opposed to a few days. Im going out of town this weekend and Im hoping that she lays before then. Thanks again.
