She is the blood i just purchased from NERD. I only hope she will be as happy under my care as she was under NERD's. Not sure of what to name her though.

I think she'll do just fine in your care. You did a lot of research prior to making your decision & that is a good sign of a dedicated keeper. Can't wait to hear your firsthand impressions of working with such a cool species!

Those pics were taken on April 6th, and my little duckies were just a day old. Here are pics I took today, not even 2 months later:





They grow SOOOOO FAST!! And are SOOOOO MESSY!!! But I love 'em anyway.

At my school we have like 5 families of ducks. They hatched like 1 month ago and now they are starting to get flight feathers, i will take some pics.

This is a Bufflehead hen. Photos really come out better outside in natural light in a natural setting like grass. Makes them look more real. I have sold quite a few of my pieces but I still have a couple I'll have to take pics when I get a chance.Enjoy.......Joe
