Hi, I would like to know at what size or weight or age is a male and a female at the age or size for breeding ?

The first breeding of mine ocurred at an unknown age. I did weigh them about Aug before an early June litter. The male was 4#12oz, female 4# 9oz. The male is a larger snake by structure.
My understanding is that a female over 3.5 pounds may breed, but the more weight she has can produce a larger litter without as much strain on her. (check out Jeff's page, that's where I read it.)
