Calico hasn't been proven genetic in BRB's. I discussed this with Brian Sharp just a couple of weeks ago...he's not sure WHAT that trait is...and he has the original imported male...but if you like it, $175.00 might be a bargain if whatever it is...is genetic. BUT! if that was a calico brazilian....and the seller new it was...he would probably be seeling it for a lot more..

If it is a "calico" it's a great deal! I have seen some very low white females that looked to be carrying the same trait. If it proves out this year and is proven genetic, the price of even hets will skyrocket. I have 2.3 4 year old "hets" here directly from Brian that should prove or disprove the genetics of the trait. I also talked to Brian about the name "calico". He said he used it for lack of a better name at the time. If produced here first I want to coin the name "Snowflake Brazilian Rainbow". See my last post on my explanation as to why I don't think that it's a calico trait.

this BRB had white, and brown scales, that truely resembled calico markings on any other snake(if that makes sence to you guys). but again, thanx
