small boas

janome May 27, 2004 08:00 PM

Hello boa people...I am thinking of getting another snake to add to my 2 corns, honduran milk and Jungle carpet python.
Are there any boas that stay on the small side...under 5 foot...and make good pets. I was reading in the Reptiles Magazine the article on 'mini boas'..does anyone have any of those mini boas. How are they as pets? Docile?
Also how much to they cost price wise and are any of them easy to aquire, like at reptile shows.
Is there any boas that don't require extra heating? I don't want to overload our electricity.
