Best way to heat an AFT enclosure

I have some wiggle room in setting this up as it's going to warm enough that I probably don't need heat until fall/winter in a few weeks.

Still I'd like to know what people think is best.

Oh, don't worry I currently do have heat, it's just my room basically gets as cold as it does outside so I need something better for winter.

a UTH would be ideal. they need proper belly heat to help digest their food. plus being nocturnal they don't need any uv light.
