Ultrasonic Humidifyers look so cool! Most of you have posted that you have yours running in through the top. Do you think where the hole is for the tubing makes a difference in final effect? Its kind of neat seeing fog by water's edge or rolling in on the floor. I'm trying to decide weather I need another hole for the bottom part of my tank or if I should just run the tubing from the top. What do you guys think-top or bottom fed, does it make a difference in the effect?

i havent seen one set up from the bottom, only the top. The only differance in the locatio of where the mist enters is the moss/coil might be a little more moist becuase the mist is coming straight down on it. check my signature i got pics of my set up and mister.

well we get our ultra sonic humidifiers at walmart, k-mart, you could probibly even get one at krogers. you can use any one of them as long as it says "Ultra Sonic" and "cool/cold mist".
most folks around here get humidifer by the company wal-greens or at wal-greens im not sure sure for about $25. mine costed $35 i think from wal-mart. i think mine is form the vicks company. it doesnt say vicks on the box but the replacment filters have vicks on the package.
