my garter has shown no healing sighns, and pooped out half a frog, with half a mealie, and a frog spine all undigested. it still cant move a portion of its body. i dont want to waist alot of money on a wild animal at a vet, so what should i do? should i just stick it in the freezer or what?

No don't freeze him. Freezing has been shown to be the less humane way to kill a reptile, since they are cold blooded and survive for a long time. The best thing you can do is have the vet put him to sleep, which should only cost a few dollars.
