Honastly it is all a matter of opinion. I feed my snakes heavily for the first 18 months or so of their lives. I feed them rats every Monday and Friday. Once I switch them over to rabbits I feed them every Friday. Once they have reached breeding size then I slow them down to once every two weeks but I personally do not consider this powerfeeding. Heavy feeding yes. The individuals that get 12' females in 12 months that is powerfeeding in my mind. I say that as long as your snake is eating, creating waste, and isn't getting fat then all the food you are giving them is being used efficiently and you should have a healthy snake. Todd
