Beardie Ate Fly

My beardie managed to catch and eat a house fly. Is that healthy for him? or do u recomend to avoid him ever getting near them?

I wouldn't say it's healthy. It's hard telling what the fly has been in contact with, pesticides etc.
In the future, I'd try to avoid your beardie eating them. Chances are it won't hurt him, but you never know. They are dirty, poop eating, road kill eating, gross little insects.
