Been breeding snakes for over 30 years and have never removed eggs till female is finished. Usually she's done in less than 8 hours. I have no problem turning eggs to clean off debris or candle if less than 24 hours. More than that I won't turn eggs. Don't know if this matters, just a habit I got into.
My ball python eggs are a different story. I'll candle them but never turn or try to separate if stuck together. They're treated with the royalty they deserve, as every bp breeder will attest to.
