ok. i use beautiful dragons.com alot. its such a great website! i just wanted to know about yellow squash cuz it wasnt listed at the web site.

True, yellow squash isn't listed. But the good thing is all the squash she has listed is on the "staple" list so I think Squash in general seems to be good including yellow squash.

Another name for yellow squash is summer squash, and it is listed on the website. If you click on the name of the food a picture will pop up and you'll see what I mean.

I use yellow squash all the time, it's great. I think pretty much all squash is a good food option to offer w/ greens.
