you can feed supers at a small size. 6-8" BUT only feed feshly molted (white and soft) small supers (appropriately sized)not the adults. Only feed one or two at a time and not every day. make it a treat.

Sorry for bugging ya, when can I switch them to dry pellets and the adult pellets. Right now they are both a bit over 8inchs from nose to tail. I give them soaked juvie pellets and they do eat them on occasion though they sometimes hold out for cricks..And also they love mulberries, how much would be too many?

Its best to start adult pellets when they stop growing. you can start anytime after they are a year old unless they are still having major growth. I would stay with pellets soaked in water or juice to provide extra hydration.

as for any food, keep the meals ballanced. variety is the key. lots of greens are important so use the other stuff as topping for the salad.

I do give them dandilion and collared greens daily but just recently the mulberries started ripening so I gave them a try and one of the bd loved them the other just eyed them warily and ate around them..I just wasnt sure how much was too much. But I will stick to just an occasional small handful..Thanks for the info I will continue with the juvie pellets soaked...
