good boa breeding project.

hi.im looking into starting a boa breeding project.i would like a snake that is not over 10 foot at adult.i was thinking either rosy or sand boas would be best but if you have a better suggestion or info on these 2 boas i would appreciate the help.thanks for your time

Sand and rosy boas are very worthy projects, but MOST boas stay under 10 feet. So if that's your only restiction you have a lot of kinds to look at.
Info on sand boas: They're shaped sort of like sausages and they stay underground. They also breed like drunken rabbits.

well it is probably best to start out with one of the smaller boids so i think ill try the sand boas.do you have to cool them or do they just breed year round.if you can tell me this i would be very grateful.their is a herp show coming up soon and im trying to figure out wich boa i want to breed.ive kept many snakes but never boas.at the moment all i have is a carpet python but id like to have experience in breeding snakes before i breed mine.the ones i have kept have been snakes i caught in oklahoma like water,garter,king,and rough greens.thanks for your time
