Whitefly's in pacman frog cage

I have a LOT of whitefly's in my pacman's cage. I have no idea how to get rid of them. Please help.

wut ever they are eating in ur cage put that in a baby food jar and poke holes in the top big enough for it to go in then put the lid on put it in ur cage and once they go in there they cant get out
