I have a baby ball python with a hardened urea ball in its bowels.
any advice on how or if I can do anything for it?

One question are you sure he's not constipated. First make sure the humidity is high in his pen .Take out all things that reduce humidity ( wood type litter). Give his several warm baths the next few days and stop or reduce the size of meals .Check the temp. of his basking area make sure its not too warm. If its too dry and too hot in his viv. he may be drying out his stool inside him. If this persists you may want to contact a herp vet.
