a couple of days ago i went to clean my leos cage and i noticed that in one of her hides that i noticed she hasnt been going in had a little spider in it.so i was wondering if anyone else has ever had this happen and the precautions to take to make sure nomore get in there my parents said they dont think it is anything to wrry bout.but anyways i would really appreciate the replys.thanx

Just clean it out, get rid of the spider, and you shouldnt have that problem again. Whether its a threat to your leo or not, im not sure, depends on what type of spider I guess.
But I doubt its anything to worry about, just make sure there are no eggs laying around the tank somewhere! lol.

Make extra 100% certain that it IS a spider, and not a mite. They don't look all that dissimilar.

If you're certain it's a spider, I wouldn't worry about it at all. If it were large enough to attract attention, your gecko would simply eat it.
