Ahhh...what a nice sight

Seven of the nine eggs pipped on days 55 and 56. I was super anxious because the mother was possible double het. for two traits and the father was definite double het. There are two heads poking out which show me she was double het., lucky us!

The eighth egg I slit and was a normal Ball. I figured w/ my luck the ninth would be normal too. It was not! It was what I have been have been working towards since 1997...ouch, six and a half years.

This is a teaser picture is attached. Look at the triangle of eggs at the bottom...look real hard at the slit. See any color? Nope. Here is your hint: _ _ _ _ flake...

I will post more pics when it comes out.....

Sorry, but I don't see much there. Could be albino. Look forward to some real pics. Awesome clutch! The axanthics alone are worth celebrating.

I don't actually see anything. I assume that you hit on a snowball, but I can't tell from the pictures. Please post some pics of the clutch when they are all out of the egg so we can compair. What line of axanthic are you working with? Congratulations on a nice clutch.

Thanks for all the e-mails, even the sarcastic ones. Thanks also for the few trade offers but we will have to pass at this point.

The picture will be posted on the front page of our website which should be ready this month. We are hoping we produce the VPI "True Ghost" this year also and have them side by side on the launch page.

Thanks!
