Affordable morphs?

boidsntegus May 31, 2004 04:20 PM

Are there any boa morphs that do not cost over $1K? I will have a large enclosure open up in the next few months and was considering using the large space to house another boa. By the way, if anyone reads this who advised me on my boa's grumpy attitude, everything is good now. Modified the cage a bit and she is happy.

For under 1k you can find albinos, anerythristic, hypo, pastel, yellow pastel, ivory anerythristic, pastel hypos, hypo hoggs, striped, fine line, EBV red group, and sometimes harlequins. You have a large assortment of animals for that price range that you can pick up. I would find the one that is most appealing to you and go with that.

Good luck finding which ever you want to keep.

The reason I said to look into abbarant boas if you are only looking for a display animal and not breeding stock is that they are a less expensive way to get unusual animals.
