i just got back a week ago and had a blast. if youve never been i highly recomend it. heres a quick list of what we found, mostly night cruising:
1 desert king
10 night snakes
10 coachwhips
3 kansas glossy
2 blacktails
10 western diamondbacks
DOR lyre snake
2 DOR gophersnakes
1 HOR western hooknose
1 longnose (with white instead of black, the big bend local form i guess)
all the whiptail lizards
1 great plains skink
1 short lined skink
2 roundtail horned lizards
10 banded geckos
many spiny lizards and SW earless as well as texas and redspotted toads
