I have a blue tongue skink that is now around 3 1/2 years old. I wanted to know if tehre is any way to sex it accuratly or semiacuatly. I have herd about males have bigger heads and red eyes. but they also said its not accurate. does anyone know how to accuratly sex blue tongue skinks? i herd about DNA tesing but i have no clue to go about doing this or how much it costs. if anyone has any information on this or DNA tesing or another way, please let me know. I'll post a pic later if it might help you.

the best way is to look for seminal plugs (sperm). your BTS is definetely sexually mature at 3.5 years old. if you notice what looks like little pieces of dried up cloudy mucus or wet cloudy mucus near his/her poop, than your BTS is a male. if you have no idea what i am talking about, than yours is most likely a female.
