My Own Private Suriname

obz Jun 01, 2004 01:10 AM

Hey, at least it is'nt Idaho!

(Dont worry, I earned the right to say that, I've lived there )

The Twin Widow's Peaks sisters. A full year old now, but quite small. Born Premature i was told, but some suriname lines just stay smaller. Being born from a gravid import saying they're premature is just conjecture. Although, at 12 months neither of these females are above 30 inches. Either way, if they're premature i beat the odds and have 2 healthy boas, if they're of a small lineage, thats great too, they don't all need to be monsters. One things for sure, these girls have the pattern game OWNED.

And now my own private Suriname... Nevermind that the palms closely resember those found in Hollywood,.. pure coincidence!!

Aren't they just the cutest damn things ever?

I know, lots of large images, sorry cavemen,... err- MODEM users :D :D hope it was worth the wait.

Thanks to Chuck and Rob from CFRB for one and thanks to Mr. Gray Rushin for the other. I know there are others out there, who else has some killer from this litter? They were born at Mike of M-N-R's place and sold through Central Florida reptile breeders.
Come forward, I'd love to see some littermates... and maybe twist someones arm for a male from this batch.

Thanks again!

Very nice Surinams indeed.

Should produce screamers with those tails too.

30" at a year is DEFINITELY w/in the realm of normal. Those 2.2 I have from that Tudehope X Futo breeding are about that size and they're closing in on a year. But then again, that's probably b/c I feed what they need rather than what they can take, if you catch my drift.
again, beautiful animals!

30" may be exaggerating a bit... if you saw them,... you'd ask "a YEAR? are you sure?" Again, I'm cool with that
