I have had my iguana now for about 2 and a half months, his/her head has shed twice but nothing on his/her body at all since I have gotten him/her, is that normal?

We got Forest on Vanlentine's Day. Feb. 14th & just his head in spots ever shed until last week or so when Forest developed "boots" & I freaked.
We also have Kingsnakes & when they shed they go milky from nose to tail. These boots didn't even get to his toe nails...just about 2 inches in the middle of his claws/paws & stopped. I had NEVER seen such a thing. Mind you, we'd had Forest since February.........
I posted pics, people assured me he was fine, they cleared up, just like the snakes, & he shed them in a few days...NOW, EVERYTHING is shedding.
I'm sure your iggy is on track. The more they grow, the more they shed. Different times of the year, diet, habitat, etc will make a difference. Just like when a teen hits puberty. LOL
Glad to know I'm not the only worry wart!
Terri.........and Forest glaring at his pool.......(yes, he still hates it)....ugg.......
