whats wrong with my frog?

i have had my pacman frog for about 5 months now and all before he was doing fine but this morning when i woke up and went to his tank he was on his back, and he isnt burrowing and not moving and it looks like his front legs are broke or theyr not working?
whats wrong with my frog

What have you been feeding the frog? What supplements have you been using and how often?

The horned frog book by Vosjoli says they sometimes do this & the only worry is if they do it in their water & drown. He seems to think it's not really a problem...

The difference here is the inclusion of apparent deformation of the front limbs and an inability to burrow. I would strongly suggest a trip to the vet to rule out MBD.
Normally horned frogs doing what is described in de Vosjoli's book behave normally once they are returned to the correct orientation.
