Try getting a few no pest strips in the area of your cages, for starters. Then in about 2 days I would bathe everything in a bleach bath, and scrub really good!

I have honestly never heard of leos getting mites. I might be wrong - please correct me if I am.

A lot of people think pinhead crix are mites. Some times crix lay eggs in your habitat - they hatch and start crawling all over.

No Fru-Fru morphs in the herp room

iv been working with reptiles for aslong as i can remember, and ive only ever seen 3 cases of an insectavorious(spelling) reptile having mites. as with powergecko, please correct me if im wrong, but i highly doubt there mites.

the people I know and trust from this forum are knowledgeable about other reptiles and their problems. They are there tiny little red things crawling around on my lizards and in their ears. It's not an infestation yet...I have only found 3 on one of them and that is it so far...but I hear they breed quickly so i want to stop them before it turns into a problem.

vegatable oil. soak them for about 20 mins dont let the head go under.lol. but do it for about 20 mins at a shot, in 45 min intervols(spelling). this has always worked for me.
