Hi, I noticed the ad on kingsnake for the west coast reptile show coming up in ventura. Has anyone on here gone to these shows? I've been to a couple herp shows before, but never a west coast reptile show, and I'm wondering if it's a good one. I'll probably go anyway, I live close enough to walk there, but I'm just wondering what to expect.

Kevin and his associates put on a good show!! I was a vendor at the first show in October of last year during the fires, and we had a wonderful time!! I also attended the Orange county show in Febuary and had fun there also.
From what Kevin has told me the location is very nice and it's a fairly wealthy area and untapped resorce for herper's. I guess it would depend on what you're shopping for, but there is usually something for everyone.

Yeah, Ventura is a cool, I bought my first home here last year. The farigrounds are deffinately a good venue for things like this, they also have the ventura county fair there and stuff like this years lalapaloza, and the warped tour, but I hear they're going to tear it all down soon. Not sure why, or for what, I guess we'll see. Anyway, glad to hear it should be a good show, I'll deffinately check it out. *should have waited to buy condo, mortgage is sucking up snake funds*
