I just got A Horned Ornata yesterday, he is probably about 1.5inch long and wide, his name is Jaba. For a pacman I guess he is a healthy size (any other frog this size would be morbidly obese) but when Jaba walks he looks as if he has a little trouble. Is it normal for them to be slow walkers and shakey climbers (im talking shallow climbing, like over laying branches) ?
P.S. watching these guys eat is GREAT!
Yes it is normal for them to wander about slowly. But be aware that if they decide to jump it will surprise you as it will be very unexpected.
