Recently one of my White's has developed a really bad nose sore from jumping at the screen--it's very frustrating because I don't know how to stop it...I have every side covered with a background except for the front where I access the cage for water changes, and lighting, I have plenty of plants and things for them to climb on, the temperature is fine, etc. I haven't had a problem until about 2 months ago, and I've had the frog for about 2 years...so I'm thinking about getting a reptarium where the screen cannot hurt the frogs, and can buy a huge one for them for a lot cheaper than a glass aquarium, and more fresh air circulating through. So I guess my only worry would be whether or not it would be stable enough for them...I'm worried that the nose injury is going to get infected--tomorrow I will be quarantining him into a hospital tank without substrate so nothing can get in and infect it, and I'm also applying a topical antibiotic on it daily. Any opinions are much appreciated!
Thanks.
