Here is a excellent link for raising and care for wax worms. As for an $8 veiled and fee shipping, I dont see how you could go wrong with that!

$8 with free shipping? To me it sounds too good to be true, and I must warn you that it probably is (sorry to counter you Dennis). Shipping alone with UPS is a minumum of $26-30, any cheaper shipping method just adds risk to you not getting it alive. I don't suppose it has any sort of guarantee on it? I might believe $8 at a show, but shipping alone is more than that, so check into it and the seller a little more before you start sending PayPal.

it's not like you are spending $50 or $60 dollars on a veiled whos cares how much THEY are payiong to ship it as long as it arrives safe and sound. iy you didn't get the veiled you'd probably just blow the $8 on lunch or something like that anyway. at $8 your not breaking the bank!

Its important because that company has a reputation of selling animals with contagious diseases. Theyve had loads of problems with all their bearded dragons dying off. I for one wouldnt buy anything from that company and put it within a 100 foot raduis of my other animals, Id be too afraid it might have something that could possibly spread to my collection. So yes Dennis, an $8 veiled might cause problems. Just putting my 2 cents in

Anything that sounds too good to be true usually is! I found this out the hard way.
