New cage for leopards

jcgecko May 13, 2003 08:58 PM

Hey i have a breeding group of leopards that i want to make a large cage for. Big enough to house 6 leopards in so something around 55-60 gallons. I was wondering if anyone had any home made plans on how to make cages and material and cost and crap like that. I don't want the cage made out of wood because it is to hard to sterilize i would prefer melamine or whatever it is called and was wondering if anyone new where to get some and how to fit a glass pane into it.

Thanks

You can find melamine at Lowes or Home Depot... just keep in mind that it is VERY heavy.

If you just want a container big enough for 6 leos, you could look into those huge under bed storage containers from Rubbermaid or Sterilite.

Good luck.
