Since you've duplicated the conditions in the nest box that you would have in the incubator, have you considered leaving the eggs undisturbed just as the female left them?

One could incubate the eggs in a setup like that, but I don’t see any advantage to it. I think there would be more control of things in an incubator
I am trying to optimize the nest box for egg laying and optimize the incubator for that specific task. The requirements aren’t exactly the same.
