I know the babies are a pain and not a lot of people are working with them, but just wondering if anyone is working with local specific red milks from the regions where they have the cleanest red/white pattern...

which I believe is regions of MO and S. IL?

I should produce some South East MO locales next summer. other than their small size I haven't found the babies difficult at all.
