This is probably a dumb, confusing question but I just wanted to know if you got one leucistic from Dragons Den and bred it to another Leucistic that was bred from a different line like Dr. Jon Espostio has. would they still genetically make leucistics?

I thought they all originated with Dragons Den. I've never heard of the other guy, do you have a link to his website? As far as your question, it's just a form of hypomelanistic so my guess would be yes they would carry as long as it's the same recessive gene.
