hey everyone, just got a golden gecko, and shes amazing. i must admit, the rumers are true, she is very skiddish and frightens easily, but she has never attempted to bite me or even opened her mouth. funny thing is, she lives with my green tree frog in the same tank, and they get along very well. they eat together, soak in the light together, and even sleep next to each other. ive had her for three weeks, and shes eats awesome, has shed once and is very healthy. one tip to all, beware of where u purchase them. the reason i bought her in the first place was because she looked sick, unactive and very unhappy. all in all, she lives in a tropical type of habitat and is flourishing.
