Question???

Both of my beardies are going to be a year old within the next month or two. Even though the weather here is warming up, they both are going to sleep alot in their hidey spots. One of them just got over a bout w/coccidia, but I have had two clean fecals since, and the other one didn't have it. Is it possible that they are trying to brumate this early? Neither of them has brumated before. I am planning on bringing them to the vet this weekend, but thought I would ask here also. Also, one of them (the older of the two) has not been eating much. He is the one that did not have coccidia, but when the other one had it, I was told to treat him too, just because they had been around each other (they are not housed together, I am talking about time outside and time inside on the floor). Could it be brumation????

Also, I checked their temps, and everything seems to be right in both their enclosures, 80 degrees F on the cool side, and 105-110 degrees in the basking area, ambient temps are about 85-90 degrees.

Could be brumation, captive animals depend on you to set their schedules and sometimes they get thrown off from what would be considered 'normal'. Has their light intensity or length changed recently?

Well, Dino has a new enclosure, one that I built. I did not think that could be the problem, because the temps are good, but maybe that is it. It could probably be brighter. Peanut was moved into Dino's old home, which the temps were also good, and Dino never had a problem with the light intensity. They are both going to the vet next Thursday (Ughh, that was the soonest I could get, a very good reptile vet).
