LEO LEASHES

zapper Jun 04, 2004 01:06 PM

ok I am new to this whole thing but I saw leashes at the store for leo's and I imediatly thought A: how good can that be for the gecko, and B: how foolish. Maybe its just me. has anyone ever used these and what were the results?

the only thing I could possibly think of was when you have them on you shoulder as I saw in some pics, when they are new to it they may try to leap and it would stop them from hitting ground but I think at the same point the harness would hurt them still.

I've used one for my blue tongue skink, but it's not easy to get on & I'd think it would be really hard to get on to a leo.

Damn impossible to get on leos. Trust me i've tried. I thought it'd be cool to put them on a leash them tie the other end of the leash on the bed and let them roam around without worrying about them falling off or anything while i study. But no such luck, they'd prolly hate being in it and like i said its impossible to get them in it.

yeah, upon wandering around in my pet shop I saw the leo leashes and couldnt help but laugh. I would think it would be too hard to put on them too.
