How many eggs do you think my "Giant" northern ringneck snake will lay? She is gravid and is about to do her pre-egg laying shed. I know of a northern ringneck snake that was 15 inches long that laid 10 eggs. Giant is a 20 inch northern ringneck. How many eggs do you think it will lay? Even though the average amount of eggs is around 5, and the maximum is 10, have any ringnecks laid more than 10 in captivity?
