I have a female red milksnake Iv'e had her for a little over a year she eats fine and seemed healthy My question is she has something haning out of her rearend it's pink and fleshy I think it is her reproductive organs how does this happen? will she be ok? I'm worried about her Iv'e kept snakes for about 6 years now and this is the first time Iv'e seen anything like this thank you for your help

I hate to break it to ya, but it sounds like your she is a he. What was hanging out was the hemipenis.
