Looking for Spectacled Caiman

I live 25 miles southwest of Philadelphia, PA but I am moving to Erie, PA at the end of July and I am trying to find somewhere to buy a spectacled caiman. If anyone knows of a supplier/breeder near either of those 2 areas or anywhere else I could buy a baby Spec. I would be grateful for any information.
