Here's a couple of pics of some youngsters. The larger plancauda hatched in July '03, the smaller hatched 2 weeks ago. The oblonga (next post) is almost 13 months old. They don't grow nearly as fast as pancakes. But I guess when you take off for several months and hide in the mulch, it's hard to grow fast.

Nice looking babies Dan! Man, they almost look like them new-fangled South African Padlopers (spelling?!). Neat stuff.

p.s. - Nothing really new here. Two more viable Pancake eggs to go. Maybe 6 total this season... ho-hum. Going for no less than 20 babies this coming season!!! Hahaha...
