Just got this little guy from the shelter on Weds. He is a german shephard/husky mix. He has the bright blue of a husky. I'm a proud new popa. So now its 1.1 shephard mixes(Dylan 5yrs, Porter 10 weeks) and 0.0.1 (Cosmo, 03'amel motley)

They are getting along better than I thouhgt. My big girl has been the only dog for 2 years but she has always been the alpha [bleep] bith all the other dogs she lives with. Porter is too young to know any better though. She will curl her lip and grawl and he will just walk up and jump on her or take her toy. Here is a picture of her trying to keep her cool.

Getting a dog from an animal shelter is the best way to go and a noble thing to do. I got Max (also a sheppard ? mix) for a $60 donation/adoption fee and he is the BEST! In fact, he's one of the best members in my family.lol. Good Luck...looks like you'll have your hands full with your new puppy.lol. I'm just surprised he stood still long enough for you to take a picture.
