The bump on your frog's nose is most likely due to contact with the glass or sides of his enclosure. Dumpys can be clumsy and often hit the glass during feeding or rub the glass if their curiousity is stimulated by something in the room. If it's not that bad the odds are that it will resolve by itself. To remedy this you may want to place him in a bigger enclosure. If you use a square aquarium, cover the back and side walls, this way he will be better oriented with regards to the glass. If it persists and/or worsens I suggest consulting a herp vet. They will be able to provide the approriate medication after examining the frog hands on. I've acquired many dumpys with this condition and after they become accustomed to their new larger habitat it usually goes away. (Dumpys are often kept in close quarters before being sold). Just keep an eye on it and use common sense. Goodluck with your pal I hope my advice helps.
