You can't insert a picture that is in my documents on your computer. First you have to upload it to the internet. You can do this by either uploading it to a photo hosting site, or your ISP may allow you some space on their servers for a personal website. Otherwise you can upload the pictures to the photo-gallery area here and then you can insert the picture that way.
