Does anyone know where I can find info on building a CO2 chamber to put down mice and rate for freezing?

I just set up a Sterilite box as a CO2 chamber. It's about 5" high. I cut a hole in the lid for the vinyl tubing coming from the CO2 tank to go thru. Put the mice in the box, cover it, crank open the CO2, oxygen is displaced and very shortly the mice are down. Very easy, very effective.
