Uh-Oh!! Guess what I did today

Linda G Jun 05, 2004 10:13 PM

My husband and I drove up to see PHFaust and some of her
rescues today. I try to get out to see her a few times a
year.

Well, never was it my intention but guess what I came home
with? Another iguana! It is a very small one that she took
in about 1 week ago. It is missing probably about half of its
tail but appears to be healing. What a sweetie too! I just did
a warm bath and removed old shed today. I will weigh and
measure probably tomorrow at its bath. I had to re-set up Digits
baby cage for it.

I am not sure what else to say because I am still in shock
It was decided that if I felt it was too much for me that I
would foster it until another home can be found.

Oh no!! 3 igs now! I will post some pictures soon.

Congrats on your new iggy. You will be just fine with 3 iggys. I just saw someone here needing a home for their iggy and I posted that I would be glad to take it. That would be 4 iggys for me now.

Uh oh!! Yep, this iguana thing is addicting isn't it? If it weren't for my "other half" putting a foot down I'd probably have a couple more myself! Congratulations and good luck with your new baby!!!

I have two rescued igs from Jiffypop and am considering a third. The two I have now have adopted wonderfully here and with the kids and other animals so whats one more? LOL
Congrats on your new ig, I am sure he/she will fit right in.
