if i wont my snake to grow fast

What can i do to make my snake grow big and fast...Its an Easter Chain King and is about 14 inches

If you feed it an adequate diet it will grow at it's normal rate. A lot of people swear by "power-feeding" to attain size faster but, in my opinion, if you feed a snake more than it needs you will have a snake that poops a lot and/or is fat.

Well....like Martin said..power feeding may not be a great idea. I have always disagreed with that practice and many others do as well.

If your king is an eastern king, he should grow pretty steadily and quick to begin with. Kings from my experience grow fast, so there is no need to be throwin food in every other day. I bred females that were 3 years old from a steady once a week diet. Getting them to breeding size as quick as possible and breeding at 18 months like some do is, IMO, not good for the snake.

Easterns like to eat, and they grow fast so there is nothing to worry about. One good meal a week is all you, and the snake, needs.
