just confused abit here, is it ok to give mealworms as a staple diet? i thought not, but i read on here that some people do? so what do guys recommend..i noramlly only give mealworms as snacks.

The only thing i use is mealworms and my leos are perfectly healthy if you do make sure you have a bowl of calcium in the tank.

Yep fine for staple but make sure they are eating.Usually they come in an thing full of like oats and I just leave them in there and they eat it.Also you need to powder them with calcium because the arent a good source of calcium.

oky doky everyone...thanks for that. I find mealworms easier and cheaper to feed than crickets so i will now feed mostly mealworms.
